Class Website Toolbox

The College Alumni Programs office of the HAA offers a class website platform to College classes that includes a collection of web tools designed to help class volunteers create and manage website content, photos, documents, and event marketing. The platform also allows you to create and send emails to your classmates.

     

All classes are eligible to use these HAA-provided websites free of charge, and HAA staff can provide training. These class websites are intended to provide simplistic management functions for volunteers like webmasters and secretaries. Some classes may wish to use a different website platform that offers additional functionality, and we encourage classes to use whatever platform best works for them!

     

In addition to the five training documents and video below, you may also view a new document that covers additional topics, such as changing menu items, embedding videos, archiving pages, and other best practices. For additional information, please email haa_collegealumniprograms@harvard.edu.
